Mrs Marian Findon
Mrs Marian Findon (Beresford) formerly of Chesterfield has passed away peacefully in St Olaf's Care Home Nairn, Scotland on Friday, April 7, 2023, aged 78.
Marian was predeceased by her husband Michael and leaves her brother Alan, sister –in-law Margaret and niece and nephew, Claire and Richard.
Marian was born and brought up in Upper Newbold, Chesterfield where she ran the Sunday School at Cutthorpe Methodist Church for many years. Marian was a much loved teacher and taught RE at Violet Markham school in the 70s and 80s.
She enjoyed the theatre, travel and rambling. Marian was very family orientated and spent much of her spare time looking after her parents and then her husband.
In later life she moved to Highlands of Scotland and her funeral will take place in Inverness on May 2, 2023.
