Peter Bown Obituary
Mr Peter Bown Chesterfield Mr Peter John Bown, of Chesterfield, has passed away at Northern General Hospital, aged 80.
Born in Spital and a lifelong local resident, Peter was a contracts manager for British Coal for 35 years, until his retirement at the age of 50.
His interests included football, following cricket, he was a race horse owner for 25 years and liked snooker.
Peter leaves his son Paul, grandchildren Susanna, Chloe, Aleisha, great-grandchildren Toby, Maxwell and Gracie.
The funeral service takes place on December 30, 2021, Brimington Crematorium, at 9.10am.
