Mr Peter Lamb of Spital has passed away at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, on March 10, 2026, aged 81 years.
Born in Chesterfield, Peter was a resident locally all his life. He was retired, having worked at Tube Works, Bryan Donkin and The Derbyshire Times.
His interests included travel, reading, sudoku and going to the club.
He leaves behind his wife Ann, son Peter, daughter Beverley and granddaughter Katie.
Service to take place at Chesterfield Crematorium on Wednesday, April 1, at 12 noon.
Any donations in lieu of flowers can be sent c/o B. Hattersley & Sons, 211 Chatsworth Road, S40 2BA.

Sorry to hear of Peter's passing. A very lovely and friendly man. Will always remember having a good chat and leg pull over a pint in the Spital.
