Mr Philip Andrew Feliks Sas of North Wingfield, has passed away at home, aged 67.
A lifelong resident of North Wingfield, Philip's interests included football, gardening, spending time with his family and going on holiday to Blackpool and Skegness.
Philip was predeceased by his wife Susan. He leaves sons Ben and Tommy and two grandchildren.
The funeral service takes place on Thursday, July 18, 2024, Chesterfield Crematorium, at 12.10pm.
