Sherley MacAngus Obituary
Mrs Sherley MacAngus New Whittington Mrs Sherley MacAngus, of New Whittington, Chesterfield, has passed away at home, aged 86.
A resident of New Whittington for over 70 years, Sherley was a retired shopkeeper, well known in the village for her clothes shop 'Sherleys' which she ran for many years, until closing in 1996. Sherley then continued to work in her late sons fruit and veg shop 'Greensleeves' and was a valued member of the community.
Her interests included knitting, reading and spending time with her family.
Sherley was predeceased by her husband Robert and son Rob. She leaves daughter Joy and son-in-law Stuart.
The funeral service takes place on Tuesday March 2, 2021, Chesterfield Crematorium at 2pm. Attendance is by invitation only due to Covid restrictions.
