Harry Mccallion Obituary

McCALLION HARRY, RIP Died 23rd September, 2009
Harry's wife and family had a lot to thank God for. He was very understanding, could always see the funny side of things. He could always share a joke and loved to meet people that he knew, to talk about past times and seemed to have time for everyone. He is sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren and his whole family circle. We wish to thank everyone who attended the wake and funeral, brought floral wreaths, Mass cards and messages of sympathy. Thanks to those who brought food and helped out at the wake. A special thanks to Fr. Colhoun for attending him during his illness and for a beautiful Funeral Mass and also to Fr. Mongan and Mons. B. McCanny. Thanks to Colleen Gormley who sang so beautifully and to Bradley and McLaughlin, Undertaker for their dignified and professional service. To Noel McCartney who has been such a good friend to our family over the years, we thank you, especially for your help during the wake. To Dr. Anne Doherty of Oakleaf Medical Practice a special word of thanks. Your care and attention went beyond the call of duty and you were always there. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by everyone who helped out in any way as a token of our deepest appreciation at this difficult time. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

The month's Mind Mass will be held at the Long Tower Chapel on Thursday, 29th October at 7.30 p.m.
