John-Paul Mcconomy Obituary

McCONOMY JOHN-PAUL 11th Anniversary
In loving memory of our darling son and brother John-Paul who died on the 5th September, 1998.

I'd tuck you in all safe at night,
And hear your prayers, turn out the light.
Then tiptoe softly to the door,
I wish I'd stayed a minute more.
No longer are you at our side,
Your precious secrets to confide.
The teddy bears are put away,
There are no longer games to play.
No goodnight kiss, no prayer to hear,
That all belongs to yesteryear.
The hands once busy now are still,
The days are long and hard to fill.
We think about you every day,
We wish that you didn't go away.

Loved and missed always by your loving mammy, daddy and big sister Rachel, brother-in-law Alan and nephew Jay.

You're always close beside us John-Paul in everything we do,
You were our greatest treasure, God's gift to us was you.

Love always granny and granda Shields.

God called your name so softly John Paul that only you could hear
And no one heard the footsteps of the angels drawing near.

Love from auntie Madeline and uncle Mark.

When I last saw your smiling face John-Paul, you looked so bright and well
Little did I know that day was to be our last farewell.

Love always auntie Amanda, Seamus, Corey, Sophie and Amber.

You were very special J.P, I miss you everyday,
The saddest day in my life was when you passed away.
Your parting was so sudden, I often wonder why,
But the hardest part of all that we never said good-bye.
No matter how life changes, no matter what I do,
A special place within my heart, is always kept for you.

Loved and missed always Kelvin, Louise and family.

Softly on that day, John-Paul you heard a gentle call,
You took the hand of Jesus and quietly left us all.

Dearly missed and never forgotten from granda and granny McConomy.

We treasure every memory,
With pride we speak your name.
Deep in our hearts you will always stay.
Loved and remembered every day.

Loved and missed by auntie Madeline, uncle Ned, cousins Edmond, Paul and Danielle.

Sometimes it's hard to understand why certain things must be,
All the reasons why they happen, are so hard to see.
Still we may find some comfort, in the thought that God is there,
To keep the one we loved so much, John-Paul forever in his care.

Always remembered by uncle Stephen, auntie Kim and cousin Shannon.

Each of us in our own way, have special thoughts of you today,
No matter how my life changes, no matter what I do,
A special place within my heart, is always kept for you.

Loved always auntie Wendy and Mickey.

Call his name out gently Lord
And when John-Paul looks your way,
Tell him that we love him
And miss him everyday.

Dearly missed, auntie Amanda.

Each of us in our own way,
Have special thoughts of you today.
No longer in our lives to share,
But in our hearts you are always there.

Always remembered by uncle Brian, auntie Gloria, cousins Brian and Emma.
