JAKE SNOWLING It is with deep sadness that Mark and Donna announce the passing of their much loved son, and dearest brother to Tom, Ben and Sophie.
Jake died at home surrounded by his family after a long battle, on 11th March 2014, aged 16 years.
We miss you son.
Funeral Service to take place at St. Mary's Church, Redgrave on Wednesday 26th March at 2.00pm.
Jake has requested family and friends to wear their favourite shirt/blouse - football, sports, best etc.
