Peacefully passed away on Thursday 23rd October at Doncaster Royal Infirmary
with his family by his side.
Dearly beloved Husband to Irene
& much loved Dad to Richard,
he will be sadly missed by all.
The funeral service will be held at Memoria Doncaster and
South Yorkshire Crematorium on Thursday 20th November at 1:00pm.
Family flowers only please, if so desired, donations can be made following the service to Age UK in memory of Collis.
