Peacefully, at the East Lothian Community Hospital, on Sunday, November 16, 2025, with his family and his beloved dog Curtis by his side. Alan, dearly loved husband of Angela, devoted dad to Leigh and Graeme, cherished Grumpa to McKenzie, Natalie, Rihanna, Brodie and Karmen, a dear father-in-law and good friend to many.
Alan will be sorely missed by all
who knew him, particularly his little dog Curtis.
A service will take place on Monday, December 8, at Cockenzie and Port Seton Parish Church, at 11.30 am, interment thereafter at Inveresk Cemetery, at 1 pm. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made on retiral for Ward 1 of East Lothian Community Hospital.
