WATTERS Andrew (Andy) February 20, 2013. Peacefully, in hospital, aged 87 years. Beloved husband of the late Jessie, dearly loved father of Malcolm, Murray and Janice, much loved grandfather to all his grandchildren. Will be greatly missed by all family and friends.
