Suddenly, at home, on May 13, 2024, Gareth, loving partner to Gwen, doting father to Grace and beloved son. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at Cockenzie and Port Seton Old Parish Church at
12.30 pm, then onto Prestonpans Cemetery, for 1.30 pm, to which all are welcome.

My condolences to Gwen and family. I pray for a peace beyond understanding to all that Gareth had an impact on. I was blessed to have known him through RC submarines. He would share his tips and thoughts freely. I will miss him terribly.

I just found out Gareth passed, we used to talk a lot on rc submarines topics. The good always go first...May the love of friends and family carry your family through your grief.

Sorry to hear this sad news. Have great memories of time spent with Gareth and places we went from our first day at secondary school to holidays at portrush and many more mad nights out...
Gareth always just loved the Craic and will be sorely missed by his friends and family.

I am still in shock, still do not wish to believe, taken away from Gwen and Grace far to early in life. Still see his smile, still hear his laugh, still remember him bouncing down the street, Gareth will always be remembered for his joy of life. Condolences to Gwen, Grace and his Mum Pamela along with extended family. We are all energy and energy cannot be destroyed it only transforms.
