Peacefully, in the kind care of the staff at Findlay Community Hospital, on Friday, October 3, 2025, aged 98.
Jim (formerly of Portobello and Cockenzie Power Stations),
devoted husband of 74 years to the late Irene, proud father to Ian and Kenneth and father-in-law to
Fiona, adored grandad to Heather, Alasdair, Alexandra and Euan and great-grandad to Lauchlan and Charlotte. Cherished brother, uncle and friend to many.
Jim will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A funeral service will take place at Seafield Crematorium, on Thursday, November 6, at 3 pm, to which all are welcome. Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu to Alzheimer Scotland.
