GASSABI Joanne (nee Boyd) (Northfield/
Piershill) Suddenly but peacefully on Wednesday December 30, 2009, Joanne, loving daughter of Andrew and Jessie, much loved mum to Nassim and Layla and loved sister of Sandra, Linda and Andrew. A funeral service will be held at Mortonhall Crematorium, Main Chapel on Wednesday January 13, at 12 noon, to which all friends and family are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please.

Memories
I have just found out the news and I truly didnt believe it.
Joanne was a wonderful woman, warm and certainly full of life, she will be sorely missed by all that knew her, I have lots of fond memories of the laughs we had together in the shop....
Thoughts and sympathies to layla and nas, who must have been shocked and devastated by this.

Total shock and disbelief that you are no longer with us. Mentionning your name always makes me smile. Your wonderful sense of humour and infectious laughter were a gift that you passed onto everyone who knew you.
