Peacefully passed away on September 18, 2025 at Salisbury Hospital.
Beloved Wife of Richard. Devoted Mother to Alison and Sarah. Cherished Grandmother to Lily, Skye and Arabella.
Dearly loved by all her Family and Friends.
Joan dedicated her life to teaching dance at the Vera Hildreth School of Dance and founded the Joan Ling School of Dance. She worked tirelessly with the council supporting women in difficult circumstances to build better lives.
She will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
