Sadly passed away at County Hospital on February 13, aged 93 years.
He will be greatly missed by all his Family and Friends.
A Service to celebrate his life will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Friday, March 14 at 3.30pm.
Jack's Family are happy to accept flowers in his memory.
