Passed away suddenly on June 3, 2008.
Funeral Cortege leaving Fallowfield, off Mulberry Road, Cannock on Monday, June 16 at 10.15am for his Funeral Service at St. Luke's Church at 10.30am, followed by Cremation at Stafford.
