Passed peacefully away on November 5.
The Funeral will take place on December 4 at 10.15am, St Mary's Church, Bilston WV14 6NW. Followed at 11.30am Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel WV10 7JG.
Family and Friends are invited to join Stephen and Sara for a Celebration of Mom's life at 12.30pm Wednesfield Conservative Club, 98 Neachells Lane. WV11 3PR.
No flowers by request.
Donations will be forwarded to Compton Hospice.
