Wolverhampton and
Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley.
Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, Wolverhampton (West Chapel) on Thursday, March 5 at 12 noon.
Family flowers only by request, donations if desired for The British Heart Foundation, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
