SWIFT Thomas (Tom).
Aged 86 years.
Passed away peacefully in his sleep at Katharine House.
Loving Father to Hazel, Ken, Derek, Gill, Brian and Peter, also loving Grandad and Brother.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
The Funeral Service will take place at St Mary and St Chad's Church, Brewood on Thursday, September 3 at 3pm, following the Service Tom will be laid to rest with his Wife Dora.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to be shared between Katharine House and St Mary and St Chad's Church and will be accepted by A J Sellman Funeral Directors, St Michael's Square, Penkridge. 01785 715840.
