Suddenly, but peacefully, at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, on March 27, 2024, Muriel (nee McCartney), aged 93. Beloved wife of the late
Dennis, devoted mum to Malcolm,
Allan and Valerie and proud grannie to Lorna, Brian, Allison and Paul.
Forever in all our hearts.
The funeral service will take place at Falkirk Crematorium, on Friday, April 12, at 10.45 am, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu of flowers, can be
given to Strathcarron Hospice.

Just on 20 years ago on a trip from Australia to revisit my Scottish heritage, I spent a few days with Dennis and Muriel because I have a family connection, several generations back, with Dennis. I was welcomed into their home and treated as one of the family. A special time which I recall with great fondness. Condolences to the family and thank you Malcolm for letting me know of Muriel's passing.
