John (Jack)
PE Teacher and Assistant Head at Lesmahagow High School, for 40 years, died aged 89, in Wishaw General Hospital, on January 10, 2026. Jack was a much loved husband,
father and grandfather.
Funeral service at Daldowie Crematorium, on January 28, at
12.45 pm. Family flowers only, please.

Dear Caroline just heard about John's passing this morning. My sincere about absolute heart felt sadness at your loss. It has been a long time since we last where together however I still look at my scout blanket and remember many happy times with John along with the waterskiing. I was with my friend Mike Elmes at Christmas and we talked about our time skiing at Clive and the"Aikmans". So many happy days. All my love
