1947-2025
Passed away peacefully on
17th June following a brave battle with Parkinson's disease.
Anne was a much-loved
wife, mum and grandma.
She enjoyed a long career in service to education in Calderdale as a Primary Teacher, Head Teacher and Schools Improvement Officer, latterly specialising in transition and challenging underachievement.
She loved her work and was
well regarded by many.
Following a private funeral there
will be a Celebration of Anne's Life
at Heath United Reformed Church,
11 Free School Lane, Halifax,
HX3 0DW on Saturday 20th September at 2:30pm with refreshments afterwards.
All are welcome.
No dress code.

Anne came to work at Whitehall School as a primary school teacher just before I moved to another school . She was an outstanding educationalist and a lovely person .
