peacefully at the
Woodfield Grange Care Home,
David aged 86 years.
He was a dear brother,
uncle and great uncle.
A Service to Celebrate David's Life
will be held at Park Wood, Elland
on Friday 8th September
at 11-15 am.
By request,
family flowers only please,
but donations in lieu, if so desired,
may be given for the benefit of
Prostate Cancer Research.
A plate will be provided
at the Service.
