Booth Kathleen Kathleen's family would like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and all who attended the funeral service, for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards and condolences and donations for Overgate Hospice.
A special thank you to all the lovely staff at Overgate Hospice and Woodfield Grange, Dr Cameron and the district nurses at Kos Clinic, also Helen Farrel the Macmillan Nurse at Northowram Clinic.
