Peacefully at home after a long illness courageously borne, on 10th December 2025, Leonilda aged 102. Beloved Wife of the late Michael, loving Sister of the late Eleonora (Lina) and Sister-in-Law of the late Jan, dearest Auntie of Rita and Teresa and devoted Great Auntie to Laura. Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday 23rd December at 10:30am at St Mary's Catholic Church, Gibbet Street, Halifax followed by interment at
Stoney Royd Cemetery.
Special thanks to Doctors, District Nurses, Palliative Care Team and Carers for their care of Leonilda. Thank you also to Father Joshua Hilton and Melia Funeral Services.
Leonilda will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
