Megan Kathleen
On 27th March 2025, peacefully at Overgate Hospice, Megan aged 74 years of Southowram, Halifax. Beloved Wife of Tim, dearly loved Mum of Michael and Lucy, much loved Grandma of Isobel and Eliza, loving Sister to Heather and Peter.
Megan's funeral service will take place at The Halifax Minster on Tuesday 15th April at 1.45pm followed by committal at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Overgate Hospice c/o B.J.Melia & Sons, 64 Gibbet St, Halifax, HX1 5BP.
Will friends please accept this
as the only intimation and meet
at The Minster.

So sadden to hear the news of the passing of Megan. I have very fond memories of Megan when I was growing up. She was the eldest of three of my older cousins. My heartfelt condolences goes out her husband Tim,children Michael and Lucy,siblings Heather and Peter and grandchildren Isobel and Eliza. My thoughts are with you at this very sad time.

She was instrumental as a member of the Council in resolving an issue we were having ,her involvement made a huge difference to our wellbeing for which we are eternally grateful.
