GREALEY Patrick James (Pat) On 8th November peacefully at Calderdale Royal Hospital, Pat aged 76 years of Brighouse.
Much loved and sadly missed Partner of Joan, loving Dad, Stepdad and cherished Grandad.
Funeral Service and committal will be held at Park Wood Crematorium on Tuesday
28th November at 12.00pm.
Family flowers only by request, donations may be made in lieu to Overgate Hospice for which a plate will be available.
