With great sadness our family announce that Rita passed away on 3rd December 2025,
aged 89.
Widow of the late Dennis Smith,
Rita was a dearly loved mum of Jacqueline and Michael, "Grandmar" to Jaye, Katie and Millie, mother-in-law to Keith and Emma and a beloved sister to Harry, sister-in-law and auntie.
Funeral to be held at St James the Great Church, Hebden Bridge, on Tuesday 30th December at 12:00, followed by a short service at Park Wood Crematorium at 1:30. Everyone who knew Rita
are very welcome.
