12th October 2016, aged 24 years.
Much loved by parents Clive & Sue and siblings Emma, Nick and Patrick. Private cremation.
A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St Andrew's Church, Tur Langton on Monday 7th November at 1.00 p.m., followed by interment of ashes.
