Passed away peacefully, aged 83 with her family by her side on
31st December 2025 at
Harrogate Hospital.
Dearly beloved wife, mother and grandmother of Michael, Laura, Dan, Sam and Edward.
The funeral will be held at Stonefall Crematorium on
28th January at 12.20pm.
Family flowers only, but any donations to St Michael's Hospice in Connie's name would be much appreciated.
