Suddenly on March 16th 2022,
at Health Sciences Centre
in Winnipeg, Canada,
Gerald (Gerry/Ged) Hellmich, aged 71 passed away peacefully with his loving wife Pat by his side.
Brother to Colin, Ingrid,
Edgar and Paul and the late
Ann and Peter.
Uncle and great uncle.

Gerry was born in England on
6th January 1951 to
Hans and Irene Hellmich.
With his family he settled in Summerbridge where he attended Summerbridge County Primary School before attending Harrogate Grammar School in 1961. Ged moved to Harrogate in 1965, he resided there where he held a number of jobs including working in Jeddah as an
Overhead Lineman.

He met Pat in Harrogate and they moved to Winnipeg, Canada in 1977. They married, lived and worked in Winnipeg for
3 years before moving north to Thompson in 1980.
They retired to their present home in Setting Lake in 2006.

Gerry will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his devoted wife Pat of over
45 years.

As per Gerry's wishes he has been cremated and a
Celebration of Life will take place at Setting Lake at a later date.
