Michael John
It is with huge sadness we announce the passing of Michael John Wall
who died at home in Northchurch on 27th November 2025,
a loving member of our family and a dear friend to many.
Michael is survived by his sister, Moira Craen.
Born in Stanmore, Harrow, Mike worked as the manager of Harrow Civic Centre throughout his career.
Upon retirement, he published two books and was a very talented photographer.
He also dedicated a large amount of his time raising money
for various charities and organising community events.
Mike had a lifelong love of canals and narrowboats and
was a hugely respected and loved member of the boating community,
in particular at Cow Roast.
Mike was a true gentleman who touched so many people's lives with his kindness and humour. He will be missed enormously.
The funeral will be held at
The Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church,
Park Road, Berkhamsted Hertfordshire, HP4 1HX on
Monday 22nd December at 1pm.

Micheal was. A lovely cousin to myself and my brother Bernard we have so many great memories when are families got together he had a fantastic sense of humour all reflected in the book he wrote he will be very sadly missed by all who had the pleasure to know him rest in peace Micheal
