BROWNE.  Alan George. It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Alan on Thursday, 11 September 2025. Widower of Carol, and beloved Dad of Ian and Gary. Father-in-law to Lee and Gareth, and proud Grandad to Edward. A dear friend to Maureen, Tracey, and Kim, and a much-loved 'surrogate Grandad' to Jaxon. Alan's humour, warmth, and friendship will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. A service to celebrate Alan's life will take place at 11.30am on Wednesday 22nd October at Douglas Borough Crematorium.
