Colin William Boardman

Boardman.  peacefully on Saturday 24th January 2026 at Hospice Isle of Man, with his close friends Val and Sue by his side. Colin William, aged 68 years of Peel, formerly of Knockaloe Beg in Patrick. Colin in 1974 was The Magic Circle Young Magician of the Year and for many children growing up in the 1980s, Colin was one half of the much-loved duo "Rex and Colin", alongside 'Uncle' Rex Graham, in 2015 he was awarded the title of Magician of Mann and then In later years Colin turned his creative eye to photography, he captured many images of Peel and beyond, sharing the beauty of the Island through his lens. His photographs became a new way of storytelling - quiet, thoughtful, and deeply connected to place. He will be sadly missed by his many friends. A Funeral service will take place at The Grace Baptist Church, Market Street, Peel on Wednesday 11th February 2026 at 10.30am, followed by cremation at Douglas Borough Crematorium.
