BUCHANAN.  David, aged 78 years, passed away on 20th January 2026 at Grange Hospital, Cwmbran, surrounded by loving family. Soulmate/Husband of 50 years to Jacqueline, loved father to Ruari, Neill and Callum, adored grandfather to Keira and Callan, cherished brother to Kirstie and the late Dugald. Brother-in-law to Lynette and Pete, father-in-law to Lianne and Sarah, and dear Uncle to Rose, Kelly, Clare and family, and Alex and family. He will be greatly missed by all his family, many friends, IT clients and former colleagues from his time as IS/IT Manager at Britannia/Co-Op Bank. Service at Thornhill Crematorium (CF14 9UA) at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, 3rd March, followed by a gathering at New House, Thornhill Rd (CF14 9UA). Family flowers only. Kind donations to GNAAS.
