HINDLEY Jane Obituary
HINDLEY (née Russell). On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, peacefully at her home following a short illness, surrounded by her family, Eleanor Jane (Nellie) aged 86 years of 6 Keppel Road in Willaston. Beloved wife of the late George, mother of Paul, Pat, Bernadette and the late Georgie, mother-in-law to Lynn, David and Brian, grandmother of Georgina, Jim, William, Megan, Aalish and Thomas, great grandmother of Jason, Danny, Charlie and the late Danielle, sister to Agnes, Dorothea and the late Hilda (May), a much loved aunt to all her nieces and nephews, she will be sadly missed by all her family, friends and former customers of Douglas cake shops. A requiem mass will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, March 6 at St Joseph's church in Willaston, followed by interment at Douglas Borough Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers if so desired may be made to C.A.F.O.D. C/o St Mary's church, Hill Street, Douglas. For Mothers Day

At times like this I think of you and shed a silent tear, and wish with all my heart that I still had you here.
I think of all the laughs we had, your warm and special smile, and all the thoughtful things you did that made life seem worthwhile.
