Joan "Barbara" Dean

Joan Dean Obituary

DEAN.  Joan "Barbara" passed away peacefully on Friday, 18th July, in the compassionate care of the hospice team. An adventurous spirit and passionate skier, Barbara faced the challenges of Parkinson's with strength and grace, even as it gradually took her independence. She was a much-loved mother to Richard and James, and a cherished grandmother to Amber and Luca. In accordance with her wishes, a private cremation will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the hospice in gratitude for their exceptional care. All enquiries please to Direct Cremation Services. Tel: 478422.

Dear Richard and James,
We were sorry to hear news of your Mum. You are very much in our thoughts and prayers.
Completely ing up to our 40th Wedding Anniversary, we looked at our present list this week and were happily reminded of our first vacuum cleaner that your Mum and Dad so generously bought us.
With fond memories of Auntie Barbara and family gatherings and much love, Simon and Margaret.
