Thornton. John Philip passed away in Nobles Hospital on Wednesday 5th Nov 2025. Beloved husband of Joan and will be sadly missed by extended family in the U.K. A service of thanksgiving was held at the Lawn Cemetery Chapel on 25th November 2025. Special thanks to Revd. Jeanette Hamer, Revd. Steven Herron, Steve Hamer, Julian Power BEM, friends and neighbours, Hailwood Medical Centre, District Nurses, Hospital Medical Staff, Alexander Nurseries, Talk of the Town and Charlotte of Eric Faragher Ltd for the efficient and sympathetic handling of the funeral arrangements.
