SINGER . On Wednesday 27th December 2023 at Noble's Hospital, Leonard (Commissioner and former MHK for Ramsey), beloved husband of Caroline, much loved father of Jeff, James, Max and Gabi, step-father of Jonathan, William, Benjamin and Catherine and a dearly loved grandfather, he will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral service will take place at Douglas Borough Cemetery at 1.00pm on Thursday 4th January 2024 followed by interment in the Cemetery. No flowers by request, donations in lieu of flowers if so desired should be sent to a charity of your own choice.
