WHITESIDE. Michael (Mike). Gill, Shaz and family would like to thank everyone for their cards and lovely messages during this sad time. Mike would have been very touched to see the turnout at Douglas Crematorium in memory of his life. A massive thank you to the Isle of Man Ambulance Service for providing the Ambulance escort and Standard Bearer in honour of his dedicated service and for those involved in organising such a wonderful tribute. Special thanks must go to John Coldwell for leading the service and for giving a wonderful and light hearted Eulogy. They wish to thank all who took the time to make a donation to Hospice in memory of Mike. Thanks to Tom and Helen at Alexander Nurseries for the lovely floral displays. Particular thanks to the wonderful staff of Ward 8, Noble's Hospital who provided the utmost care, love and compassion to Mike during his last few weeks. Finally to Ken, Charlotte and the team at Eric Faragher Ltd Funeral Directors for their sensitivity and professionalism.
