Patrick Leonard "Pack" Chalmers

BREGAZZI.  On Sunday 1st February 2026, peacefully at Hospice Isle of Man with his wife Suzie at his side, Patrick Leonard Chalmers (Pack) aged 60 years of Ballakillowey, Colby formerly of St Marks. Beloved husband of Suzie, loving dad of Jonty and Fearne, much loved son of Pam and the late John, and brother of Jonathan, Charles and William, a dear brother-in-law and uncle. He will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Suzie wishes to thank all the family and friends for their incredible support throughout Pack's illness. Heartfelt thanks also go to the fabulous Hospice Team for everything they did to support Pack and the family. The funeral service will take place at 1.45pm on Thursday 12th February at Kirk Braddan Church (Pack was a very traditional man so please wear black clothing) followed by private cremation.
