Moore, Vera Moore's family, David, Joyce and Brian, would like to offer a huge thank you to all those who have helped in any way with Vera's care over the last 5 years journey, in particular: Dr. Stone and his colleagues from Village Walk; Caroline and her District Nursing Team; Becky Traynor from Speech and Language Therapy; the wonderful twice daily care and help from Gillian, Ruth, Debbie and Edna, Kia-rail Gri-ach Kiarail Ghraihagh (Loving Care); respite help from Lisa and the team at Crossroads Care especially Sharon, the ward staff at Hospice, and Barbara, Georgie and carers at Hospice at Home; support and friendship from Pamela and our friends at Parkinson's IoM, Annie and her team at Live at Home, DeCafe, and our neighbours, Margaret, Sarah, Tricia and Diane. In addition: Eric Faragher Funeral Directors, especially Brian for his kind patience with all arrangements; the Reverend Richard Hooton for his support and conducting the service; Andy and Emma from Talk of the Town for hosting the celebration of life with such empathy and attention to detail; and Tom Long from Alexander Nurseries for the beautiful flowers.
