Catherine (Katie) BRIGGS On December 15, 2007, peacefully at Thorncliffe Nursing Home, Darwen. Katie aged 91 years. Much loved sister of Bessie and Richard, dear sister-in-law of Jennie also a dearly loved auntie and great-auntie. A service in Spring Vale Methodist Church, Darwen, on Thursday, December 20, at 12.15 p.m. will be followed by cremation at Pleasington.
