Sincere thanks to both the staff at Old Gates and Hawkhurst Care Home for their dedication and care. A special thank you to Nicola, Harry and staff at Blackburn Funeral Services for their guidance during this difficult time. Not forgetting a big thank you to all who braved the rain to say goodbye to Hannah on her final journey.
