Dear Lord
Thank You For The Angel
You Lent Us For Awhile
He always brought us Laughter
And An Everlasting Smile
He Loved Us all, Inspired Us
Our Own bright guiding Light
Now He Shines In Heaven
With Wings Of Purest White
HeWill Forever Walk Softly
In Our Hearts And In Our Dreams
When Our Feelings Run Rampant
And Our Tears Begin To Fall
His Spirit Will Surround Us
Lending Comfort To One And All
We Will Always Miss Him
Time Can Not Erase The Pain
Yet, We Will Always Be Grateful
That Into Our Lives
Our"Precious Dad Came Love & miss you every day Dad. Give Tony a big hug from us. Heather, Linda, Angela, Marie, Paul & Jim xxxxxxx

In memory of a loved one

We thought of you with love today
But that is nothing new,
We thought about you yesterday
And days before that too.
We think of you in silence
We often speak your name,
Now all we have are memories
And your picture in a frame.
Some may think you are forgotten
Though on earth you are no more,
But in our memory you are with us
As you always were before.
A million times we've thought of you
A million times we've cried,
If loving could have saved you
You would have never died.
You left us beautiful memories
Your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you
You are always at our side.
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you did not go alone,
Part of us went with you
On the day God called you home.
Forgive me Lord, I'll always weep For the Dad I loved, but could not keep. Miss you more every day Dad. XXX

I never really knew you, I wish I did. The times we visited you told me we had one or two things in common, a sense of humour for one. I saw the gleam in your eyes when I would kid about your Linda marrying a Hun!!! That always brought a look and a wee smile !! Also a love of music, It was great to see you remembering all the old songs when I played my guitar for you, it was an honour to meet you. say hello to my da for me. Im sure you and him will be jammin in Heaven!
Alex.
