COTTAM Suddenly at his home on
Wednesday 16th April 2014 David aged 45 years
Beloved son of Barry (deceased) and Jean, loving brother to Christine and Susan, much loved dad of Thomas and uncle to Kyle, Ben, Tiago and Millie Jean. David will also be sadly missed by Carl, Mario, Sharon and his many friends.
A daily thought,

David's funeral service is to be held at Preston Crematorium on Wednesday 30th April 2014 at 11.15am. The family have requested donations to RSPB (a registered charity of which David was a member) in lieu of flowers c/o the family.
