Passed away peacefully in
her sleep on
16th December 2025,
aged 97 years.
A much-loved daughter of
the late Hannah and Charles,
devoted wife of the late Walt, dearly loved mum to Wendy and Craig, a dear mother-in-law to Dave and Helen, and a devoted Nanna to Amy, Max and Isaac.
Doreen will be deeply missed
by all who knew and loved her.
Her warmth, kindness and
quiet strength will be remembered always, and she leaves behind a legacy of love
and cherished family memories.
The funeral service will take
place on Monday 12th January
at Christ Church, Fulwood at 11.45am, followed by a service at Preston Crematorium at 12.45pm.
Family flowers only with any donations to St Catherine's Hospice via Funeral Directors William Houghton, Garstang Road, Fulwood.
