HAMMOND, Elizabeth (Betty) - At the Southampton Care Centre, Southampton, on Tuesday, September 16, 2008. Betty Hammond of Toronto, in her 97th year. Betty will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents Ernie and Edna Hammond, by her sister Mary Groves and by her brother George Hammond. At Betty's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation. Private interment of ashes, Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin. Expressions of remembrance to the Southampton Care Centre, Residents Council. Arrangements entrusted to the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton.
