Geoffrey Thomas

Dearly beloved son, brother,
uncle, and friend.
Funeral Service will be held at St. Andrews Church, Leyland on Wednesday 3rd December
at 1:00pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, would be gratefully received.
Further details will be given for the chosen charity on the day of the service.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family
